Service & Repair

Keep your sewing machine running smoothly with our expert service and repair. Bernina recommends an annual Clean, Oil, and Adjust (COA) to maintain peak performance. Our certified technician will clean, lubricate, and adjust key components to ensure your machine operates flawlessly. Repairs are available depending on availability of parts, and are based on a per hour labor charge. Repair quotes will be given to the customer for approval before any service is started. All brands of sewing machines are welcome!

COA Service Details:

• We service all brands of sewing machines, including embroidery modules and sergers.

• COA includes tension, balance, and timing and feed adjustments, plus lint and debris removal.

• Only Bernina-certified parts are used for repairs on Bernina machines.

• By appointment only – pickups and drop offs must be scheduled with the technician.

• 60-day service warranty.

COA Pricing (Parts Not Included):

• Bernina 8 Series – $165

• Bernina 4/5/7 Series – $135

• Bernina Older & Vintage Models – $125

• Other Brand Sewing Machines – $115

• All Brands of Sergers – $115

• Q Series Longarm – Hourly rate based on issues, contact for a quote

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at drop-off, applied to service costs. House calls may be available for an additional fee.

• Bobbin and Bobbin Case

• Presser Foot (#0, #1, or #1C)

• Power Cord and Foot Control

• Optional: Buttonhole Foot, Stitch Regulator, Embroidery Module
