Redo of Service

Redo of Service is only applicable within 60 days of service. This time frame has been extended from 30 days, as most customers tend to wait before another project begins to test out their machines after a service. Due to these periods of time ranging anywhere from 1 to 60+ days, we give this grace period for our customers to make our technician aware of any unresolved issues still present in the machine, or if any further adjustments need to be made. A Redo of Service is our personal short term warranty on our services, which means it comes at no additional costs. (In-home services may still require a travel fee depending on distance) If you feel a Redo of Service is required, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately, as we will schedule you to be next in line for the service. Privacy

Personal information collected during checkout may include Name, Address, Email, and Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order, updates on services, or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

Refusal of Service

Please be aware that Resewlution does reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. If this situation should occur, a fully detailed explanation will be sent to the customer for why the decision was made.
